About the position:
Bean To Cup is looking for a confident, energetic, and professional individual to join our team. This is not just a reception role, you will be the first impression of our brand and play a key role in driving in-store sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Handle basic admin tasks and operate computer systems efficiently
- Understand our coffee machines and guide customers to the right choice
- Build trust with customers and confidently recommend products
- Turn walk-in enquiries into successful sales
