OverviewOur client, a leading manufacturer in the HVAC industry, is seeking a technically strong Air-Conditioning Specialist to provide expert support to contractors, engineers, and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to contractors, engineers, and clients on HVAC systems
• Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting across a wide range of equipment
• Support with system design queries and product selection
• Conduct site visits (when required) to assess technical issues and provide solutions
• Liaise with internal teams regarding product performance and improvements
• Assist with technical documentation, reports, and feedback
• Provide product training and technical support to clients and partners
• Ensure all technical advice aligns with industry standards and best practices

Technical Requirements

Strong working knowledge of:

• AHUs, VRVs, VRF systems
• Chillers, split units, package units, inverter systems
• Ventilation systems and ducting
• Basic electrical and electronic principles
• BMS (Building Management Systems)

Experience & Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in HVAC, HPAC or similar
• Proven experience in HVAC (installation, maintenance, or technical support background)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
• Computer literate
