We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Wedding & Sales Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious hotel based in Centurion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences while driving revenue through sales.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and special events from start to finish
  Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase the venue
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations
• Drive sales by securing new business and maintaining client relationships
• Liaise with internal departments (kitchen, banqueting, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
• Ensure all administrative tasks, contracts, and invoices are completed accurately
