HR and Payroll AdministratorGauteng, SandtonR26 000 - R30 000 CTC + Provident Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a well experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team

Minimum requirements:

Solid experience in wage payroll processing, including casuals, overtime, deductions, and loans
Strong knowledge of maintaining employee records, leave tracking, and HR administration
Experience with timecard processing, verification, and coordination with managers
Proficiency in VIP Payroll system, including backups and weekly rollovers
Ability to manage payroll-related loans, deductions, and reconciliations accurately
Experience preparing payroll reports, payslips, and supporting wage payments
Good understanding of month-end payroll processes and reporting requirements
Knowledge of statutory reporting, including BEE, Stats SA, UIF, and Workman’s Compensation
Experience in expense administration, including invoice capturing and reconciliations
Strong administrative, organizational, and filing skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality
