🔧 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Draughtsman to join our Engineering team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning concepts into precise technical drawings and supporting the full product lifecycle — from design through to production.

You will play a key role in ensuring that all engineering drawings and data packs are accurate, structured, and aligned to manufacturing and quality standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Produce conceptual layouts for new and existing products
• Develop detailed CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings
• Compile and maintain manufacturing data packs, including:
  • Technical drawings
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Data sheets and process documentation
  • Quality documentation
• Create and manage unit configuration data (CAD, PDM, EVO, Paradigm)
• Produce and maintain electrical diagrams and schematics
• Process and implement Design Change Requests (DCRs)
• Control and issue data packs in line with company procedures
• Assist with component selection, especially electrical components
• Provide technical support to Production teams
• Participate in product testing and validation activities
