To supervise staff, organize and monitor workflow, and maximize plant performance in a safe, legal, and cost-effective manner while meeting production specifications.

• Lead and manage the production team and overall plant operations


• Coordinate team activities to meet targets for production volume, quality, safety, and cost efficiency


• Manage all risk aspects relating to equipment, personnel, and quality


• Plan, monitor, and evaluate production processes and staff performance


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards


• Monitor workflow, processing variables, and equipment performance


• Implement corrective actions and cost-reduction initiatives


• Schedule and assign staff; set priorities and monitor progress


• Maintain quality standards and enforce production controls


• Compile and analyze production performance records


• Ensure a safe and clean working environment


• Manage shift handovers and daily production reporting


• Track downtime (Man, Machine, System) and report findings


• Identify and report quality issues to management

Take full responsibility for plant operations during shifts, including nights and weekends
