We are looking for a Bakery General Assistant for our client based in Heidelberg. You must reside in or around Heidelberg.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Production Support: Assisting with mixing, kneading, and shaping, as well as cleaning equipment and work areas.
- Retail Operations: Serving customers at the counter, managing merchandising, and operating POS systems.
- Logistics & Maintenance: Stocking shelves, receiving inventory, and sometimes delivering products.
- Compliance: Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
Required Skills
- Communication: 1 to 2 years
- Bakery Assistant: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Retail or food service experience is often required.
- Education: A matric certificate
- Attributes: Reliability, punctuality, good communication skills, and ability to work shifts.
