Employer: Tailormade Solution
We are looking for a Baker for our client based in Heidelberg. You must reside in or around Heidelberg.
You will be resposbile for baking a variety of products. This also includes reading and following recipes, using bakery equipment to proof and bake the products.
Bakers need to uphold work and production schedules to ensure that all products are baked and decorated accordingly.
Required Skills
- Communication: 1 to 2 years
- Baker: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Must have a Grade 12 / Matric
Must have experience as a Baker
Profiiency in baking a variety of products such as bread, pastries, cakes
Must be able to follow recipes using correct quantities and ingredients
Stock take of ingredients and ordering therof
Must be able to follow a production schedule
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
Must be able to work nightshift
Attention to detail
Must be criminally clear
