We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Buyer with experience in packaging procurement (preferred) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities

Source and procure materials, with a focus on packaging (where applicable), in line with business requirements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to align purchasing strategies
Stay informed on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks
