We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading food manufacturing operation in Gauteng. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance, maximising equipment reliability, and maintaining full compliance with stringent food safety and regulatory standards within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The successful candidate will take ownership of all maintenance and engineering activities across the site, including production equipment and critical utilities such as refrigeration, steam, and compressed air systems. You will play a key role in driving preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Trade Tested Electrician/Millwright
National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Ammonia certificate/course
5 years’ experience in a Management Role
10 years’ overall experience
Within a Food Manufacturing Factory
