Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to drive sales growth using platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Able to work onsite/have your own car.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (experience in poultry farming is a plus).
Experience in online/social media marketing is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
