- Own and maintain HR master data across SAP and associated systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Establish and enforce data governance standards across Head Office and manufacturing sites
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Oversee and optimise Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Bestime), ensuring alignment to wage agreements and business policies
- Act as the key interface between HR, Payroll, and systems teams to ensure accurate configuration and data flow
- Support payroll processes through accurate data management and system alignment
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes, system usage, and reporting capability
- Lead and support system enhancements, testing, and implementation of improvements
- Standardise processes across sites to drive consistency and efficiency
- Support site HR teams with data queries, discrepancies, and reporting requirements
- Act as a central point of expertise for SAP, Time & Attendance, and master data processes
- Facilitate training and communication on system updates and process changes
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting, including absenteeism, leave trends, and operational metrics
- Translate data into meaningful insights to support operational and HR decision-making
- Ensure reporting aligns with business requirements and governance standards
- 8 –10 years’ experience in master data management, payroll systems, or business systems analysis
- Strong, hands-on experience in SAP (essential)
- Proven experience with Time & Attendance and payroll systems (e.g. Bestime or similar)
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments (non-negotiable)
- Experience working across multiple sites or business units
- Degree in Business, Finance, IT, HR, or a related field
- SAP or relevant systems certifications will be advantageous
- Strong data governance and data quality management capability
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex systems and large data sets with precision
- High levels of attention to detail and accountability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
