This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for efficient production processes.
Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and efficiency targets are consistently met.
Coordinate between production, supply chain, and maintenance teams to optimize performance.
Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of staff to achieve operational excellence

Engineering background with experience in CNC operations.
Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing, preferably in glass, aluminium, or related industries.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting machinery.
Valid driver’s license.
