We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

· CA(SA) and or CFA qualification

· Minimum 3 years corporate finance or private equity experience

· Exceptional financial modelling (Excel), document writing (Word) and presentation (PowerPoint) skills

· Extreme attention to detail and focus on always delivering high quality work for clients

· Highly self-driven and motivated with ability to work under pressure to meet tight client deadlines

· Ability to engage professionally with blue chip clients and equity/debt funders

· Ability to lead and train additional staff that may be brought on board in the future

· Ability to originate additional dealflow
