Veritas Pharma (Pty) Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Responsible Pharmacist to assume statutory accountability for wholesale pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with Pharmacy Act, the Medicine and Relates Substances Act and all applicable regulations governed by the South African Pharmacy Council. Oversee operational, compliance, and quality functions to ensure safe handling, storage, distribution, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as the Responsible Pharmacist for the company’s wholesale pharmacy license.

• Ensure legal and ethical compliance with SAHPRA and SAPC.

• Lead SAHPRA and SAPC inspections and audits.

• Supervise daily wholesale pharmacy operations.

• Develop and maintain SOPs and compliance systems.

• Oversee safe storage and control of medicines and scheduled substances.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

• Engage with suppliers and customers for compliance and quality assurance.
