A leading health food and superfood manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong experience in food or beverage warehousing, inventory control, and operational planning to join their team in Muizenberg, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and seamless coordination between production and distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
• Implement and maintain efficient warehousing systems and processes
• Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance
• Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with food industry regulations
• Monitor stock levels and plan accordingly to meet operational demands
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Strong background in the food industry (beverages as a secondary preference)
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within a warehouse environment
