Job description:
A labour consulting company in South Africa is looking for a motivated and confident B2B Telesales Consultant to join its team on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling businesses, introducing the company’s labour relations and employment equity services, and securing appointments for labour consultants to meet with prospective clients. This is a business-to-business telesales role focused on generating new clients and setting quality appointments with decision-makers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call businesses to introduce the company’s services
- Promote labour relations and employment equity consulting services
- Speak to business owners, managers, and other decision-makers
- Generate interest in the company’s service offering
- Set appointments for labour consultants with prospective clients
- Follow up on leads and previous discussions
- Keep proper records of calls, feedback, and appointments
- Meet agreed call and appointment targets
- Represent the company professionally in all communications
Further Details:
- R7,000.00 per month
- Basic salary, phone allowance and additional attractive commission structure
- 3 month fixed term contract. Extension based on performance.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call centre sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to speak professionally to business clients
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently from home
- Quiet working environment without noise disturbances
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup
- Computer literacy
- Able to communicate fluently in Afrikaans and English.
Advantageous:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience marketing consulting or professional services
- Basic knowledge of labour relations, HR, or employment equity services
- Ability to communicate in other South African languages will be advantageous
