Our Client is seeking enthusiastic matriculants eager to learn and gain Call centre experience to join their call centre sales learnership. The learnership goal is to provide unemployed youth with call center experience and an NQF 3 Qualification at the end of the learnership.

Candidate responsibilities will include the following:

  • Market Products and services offered in the telecommunications sector
  • Grow monthly active accounts
  • Meeting planned sales targets
  • Maintaining a good relationship with other agents

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be a South African Citizen with a valid SA ID.
  • Must have Matric/Grade 12.
  • Must be between the ages of 18-34 years.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft suite.

  • No work experience is required as training will be provided, but sales or call centre experience serves as an advanatage.
