My client based in Durban is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Assist with data capturing and reporting
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Support various departments with administrative duties

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and within a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
