Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Face Shovel Mechanic (Diesel Mechanic) to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance and repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment.
Perform fault finding and attend to breakdowns.
Complete planned maintenance tasks.
Ensure safe working practices at all times.
Complete job cards and report on work done.

Requirements:

Grade 12
3 years' relevant experience within a mining environment
Diesel Mechanic Trade Test Certificate/Earthmoving Equipment Trade Test
N2 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
Experience working on the following equipment: Komatsu PC1250, PC2000, and CAT 6030, 992K, and 993K
Valid Driver's License

Benefits:

Salary: R360K - R780K P/A
Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
