- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Monthly planning and daily generation of staff schedules to meet sales needs
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies regarding the dispatch and delivery of product
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence
Required Skills
- Managerial Experience: 7 to 8 years
- Warehouse Manager: 5 to 6 years
- FMCG Distribution: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4
- B.SC. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- 10 Years managerial experience
- 5 Years extensive experience in a FMCG distribution or warehouse facility
- Valid RSA driver's license with own transport
- Knowledge and experience in on grain milling industry will be advantageous
Hours: Shifts are: 1 x week Morning shift – from 06:00 – 14:00; 1 x week Afternoon Shift – from 14:00 – 22:00
Every second weekend – Saturday & Sunday – from 06:00 until the last truck is loaded.
