Employer: Tumaini Consulting

Our client is a is seeking a skilled Rebar Detailer to join their technical team. The company focuses on the design and detailing of reinforced concrete structures, supporting a variety of commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in the detailed drafting of reinforcement steel, specifically for reinforced concrete columns and structural elements.

Requirements:

· 3-7 years’ experience in reinforcement design and detailing

· Education: Multi-disciplinary Certificate / NDip Civil Engineering

· Proven experience detailing reinforced concrete columns and structural elements

· Strong understanding of reinforcement steel layouts and bar bending schedules

· Proficiency in Revit or similar drafting software

· Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings

Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed reinforcement drawings for reinforced concrete columns

· Produce bar bending schedules and reinforcement detailing documentation

· Interpret structural engineering drawings and convert them into accurate rebar detailing

drawings
