Stay current on food trends and industry developments to continuously improve the sushi offerings.

Assist in the hiring and training of new sushi kitchen staff as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the sushi kitchen.

Key Skills:

Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a hospitality setting.

Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including cutting, rolling, and plating.
