Support the Heart of Store Operations at Africa’s Top Apple Retailer!

iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team at The Dunes Mall in Namibia.

In this role, you will support the Admin Manager with all store administrative tasks, stock processes, and documentation. You’ll play a key part in keeping operations accurate, compliant, and efficient — helping to deliver the seamless customer experience iStore is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily stock management: receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records for sales, returns, supplier documentation, and stock movement.
  • Support with cash-up processes and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly filed, stored, and accessible when required.
  • Assist with the coordination of store deliveries and logistics tracking.
  • Help prepare reports on stock levels, variances, and admin controls.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks like timekeeping, leave tracking, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Communicate with head office departments to follow up on admin and logistics queries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Store and Admin Manager as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed Namibian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a retail or office administration environment.
  • Good Excel and basic reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Honest, dependable, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable working with stock and operational systems.
  • Clear communicator with a helpful, team-first attitude.
