iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Technical Support Consultant to join our team at The Dunes Mall, Namibia.

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be the go-to expert for customers needing guidance, troubleshooting, and support with their Apple devices. Your goal is to create confidence, solve problems, and ensure that every customer walks away informed, empowered, and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support for Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and accessories.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot effectively, and provide solutions — whether software or hardware related.
• Deliver exceptional service and support, guiding customers with patience and expertise.
• Educate customers on Apple services, software updates, and device care best practices.
• Manage and resolve customer queries, repairs, and service bookings professionally and promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, operating systems, and support protocols.
• Liaise with internal teams and service providers to ensure accurate processing and follow-up of support cases.
• Ensure accurate logging of customer interactions and service outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Namibian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO)
• IT-related certification or diploma is a strong advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a technical support or customer service environment.
• Strong interest in and understanding of Apple products, software, and ecosystems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
