About the Role
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire fast and hire well.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll be responsible for sourcing and coordinating candidates across multiple functions.
Speed matters. Judgment matters. Communication matters.
What You'll Do
- Own sourcing and early-stage screening across multiple roles (sales, operations, content, etc.)
- Work directly with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a fast, smooth hiring process
- Keep candidates warm with clear, consistent communication
- Track basic hiring metrics and identify bottlenecks
Required Skills
- Recruitment: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing ability (comfortable reaching out to candidates directly)
- High urgency and ability to juggle multiple roles at once
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team
- Willing to work in EST
