The Role
As GM, you will be the face of Mamatcha, leading a high-performance team to deliver a world-class guest experience. This is a hands-on role for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, stylish environments and possesses a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, stock control, and P&L performance.
- Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to maintain elite service standards.
