Our client is looking for a highly skilled FMS Construction Support Manager to manage, administer, and monitor the delivery of various infrastructure projects, from inception to close-out. This role is essential in supporting contractors and ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contract & Resource Management: Responsible for managing contracts, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Quantity Surveying Professional Services: Oversee the entire project life cycle from inception to close-out, including cost management, procurement, and evaluating project risks.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and strengthen client relationships.
• General Management: Handle administrative duties, reporting, and team coordination to ensure project success.

Job Requirements:
• 4- 5  years' experience in a relevant field
•Construction-related qualification (e.g., bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field)
• Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry
• Sound construction knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and related construction software
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and own transport

Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
• Kontrak & Hulpbronbestuur: Verantwoordelik vir die bestuur van kontrakte, verseker dat projekte binne begroting en op tyd voltooi word.
• Kwantiteitsmeetkundige Professionele Dienste: Oorsig oor die hele projeklewe-siklus vanaf begin tot afsluiting, insluitend koste bestuur, verkryging en die evaluering van projekrisiko's.
• Besigheidsontwikkeling: Identifiseer en jaag nuwe besigheidsgeleenthede na om die markteenwoordigheid uit te brei en kliëntverhoudings te versterk.
• Algemene Bestuur: Beheer administratiewe take, verslaggewing en span koördinasie om projek sukses te verseker.

Posvereistes:
• 4-5 jaar ondervinding in 'n soortgelyke rol
• Konstruksieverwante kwalifikasie (bv. baccalaureusgraad in kwantiteitsmeting of verwante veld)
• Bewese ervaring in 'n bestuursrol binne die konstruksiebedryf
• Soliede konstruksiekennis en vaardigheid in MS Office en verwante konstruksie sagteware
• Sterk interpersoonlike vaardighede en kliënt-gefokusde benadering
• Vermoë om prioriteite te stel, tyd te bestuur en verskeie take gelyktydig te hanteer
• Geldige bestuurderslisensie en eie vervoer
