We are looking for a tenacious, high-energy Senior Short Sale Processor to take full ownership of our short sale files. This is a remote, part-time role (20 hours/week) designed for someone who knows how to navigate the complexities of lender portals and bank negotiations. We need someone persistent, assertive, and driven to get approvals across the finish line.

You will work US Business Hours (EST) with flexibility, ensuring that banks, realtors, buyers, and sellers are consistently updated.

Top Responsibilities:
Lender Liaison: Communicate and follow up aggressively with banks, realtors, sellers, and title companies to move files toward closing.
Document Management: Collect, review, and organize complex "hardship packages" (financials, tax returns, bank statements, etc.) to ensure they are audit-ready.
Package Submission: Prepare and submit complete short sale packages via lender portals and respond immediately to any "missing doc" requests.
Foreclosure Tracking: Monitor foreclosure timelines and coordinate critical steps like BPOs/appraisals, payoff statements, and postponement requests.
Case Logging: Maintain meticulous digital notes and follow-up history for every file.
