Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates:Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.


• Candidate Screening:Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements.


• Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.


• Pipeline Management:Manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future client demands.


• Placement Success:Successfully match candidates with client opportunities, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a commission-only environment.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.


• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.


• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
