Project AdministratorSilverlakes, Pretoria EastR 17 000 CTC Per Month Our client, a group of lodges, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join their Head Office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administrative and operational functions across multiple lodge sites, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient project execution.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
4 Years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience within hospitality, lodge, or tourism environments
Exposure to project management tools or systems
Experience with reporting, data capturing, and document control
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
Preference will be given to candidates that can start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across multiple lodge operations
Coordinate and track ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Liaise with lodge managers and Head Office departments
Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation
Assist with procurement, supplier coordination, and logistics
