An experienced Approved Repair Centre Manager is required to lead a high-performing automotive repair facility in Mbombela. The role focuses on managing end-to-end workshop operations, ensuring quality repairs, driving profitability, and growing the customer base through strong local market engagement and business development. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Valid driver’s licence
3–5 years’ experience in the motor industry (workshop, body repair, service, or aftersales environment)
Supervisory or management experience in a repair centre or dealership environment
Strong understanding of repair workflow, job costing, WIP, productivity, and turnaround times
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Ability to manage customer relationships, insurers, fleets, and service providers
Advantageous: Trade qualification or business/motor industry management qualification
Advantageous: Experience in approved repair centres, panel shops, or franchised dealerships
Strong knowledge of the Mbombela market and ability to source new business
