Employer: Booyco Electronics (Pty) Ltd

•Perform CO₂ (MIG) and TIG welding on steel components, to required specifications.
•Assist the supervisor in managing workflow and meeting production targets.
•Provide guidance and support to junior welders and team members.
•Ensure all work output meets quality as well as safety standards.
•Inspect, as required, completed welds and structures for accuracy and durability.
•Collaborate directly with the supervisor on project execution and problem-solving.
•Ensure welding equipment and tools are always in good working condition.

Candidate Requirements

•Minimum of 5-7 years experience in CO₂ and TIG welding.
•(Essential)Strong background in steel fabrication including ,but not limited to, grinding, ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quality control.
•Leadership or supervisory support experience.
•High attention to detail, quality workmanship and excellent reporting and documentation(paperwork) skills.
•Good communication and teamwork skills.
•Matric or equivalent.
