Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and respond to system alerts
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain accurate technical documentation
• Provide guidance to junior technicians
• Participate in after-hours support when required
