Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Representative with experience in selling Renault vehicles, to join our multi-franchise team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the Renault brand, engaging with customers to provide information and guidance on Renault vehicles, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Renault brand
2. Engage with customers to provide information and guidance on Renault vehicles, features, and benefits
3. Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase Renault vehicles to potential customers
4. Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and efficient manner
5. Maintain customer relationships through follow-up communications and excellent customer service
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings
7. Collaborate with team members and colleagues to achieve sales targets and objectives
8. Attend training sessions and product launches to enhance product knowledge and expertise
9. Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to support sales efforts
10. Provide feedback and insights to management on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the automotive industry, with specific experience selling Renault vehicles preferred
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Customer-focused mindset, with a dedication to providing exceptional service
6. Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and competitors
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
8. Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
Education and Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
3. Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
5. Valid sales certification or training preferred
