Job Title: Sales Manager - New Vehicles- Volkswagen (VW)

Location: Johannesburg South

We are currently seeking experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Volkswagen (VW) dealership. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales of new vehicles and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new vehicle sales and achieve sales targets.
2. Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
3. Create and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Monitor sales performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive sales.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Service, to provide a seamless customer experience.
7. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on new vehicle sales.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
