The Role

As Financial Services Controller, you will be responsible for assessing credit risk within a portfolio segment, making credit decisions, and taking accountability within a specified mandate.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage debtor’s book and monthly reporting.
• Conduct credit control and collections (monthly and seasonal accounts).
• Process and assess credit applications and facilities.
• Perform reconciliations and establish securities.
• Handle queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• General office and regional administration.
• Maintain customer relationships and perform ad hoc duties.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma and membership with the Institute for Credit Control.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration and Accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and MS Word.
• Strong numerical skills (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
