Key Responsibilities:
· Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll accurately and timeously, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
· SARS & Tax Compliance: Handle all SARS-related submissions, including VAT calculations and general tax administration. Ensure deadlines are met and records are maintained accurately.
· Banking & Allocations: Perform daily banking allocations, reconcile accounts, and ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded.
· Accounting Systems: Capture and maintain financial data on relevant accounting software, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.
· CIPC Compliance: Manage all CIPC-related administrative tasks, including annual returns and maintaining company compliance documentation.
· Beneficial Ownership Management: Maintain and update beneficial ownership records in line with regulatory requirements.
· Financial Administration: Assist with general financial admin duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
· Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar financial or administrative role.
· Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks.
· Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
· Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple financial tasks effectively.
· Good understanding of financial processes, compliance, and reporting.
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
· Salarisadministrasie: Verwerk en bestuur salarisse akkuraat en betyds, en verseker nakoming van maatskappybeleid en statutêre vereistes.
· SARS- en Belastingnakoming: Hanteer alle SARS-verwante indienings, insluitend BTW-berekeninge en algemene belastingadministrasie. Verseker dat sperdatums nagekom word en rekords akkuraat gehandhaaf word.
· Bankwese en Toewysings: Doen daaglikse banktoewysings, rekonsilieer rekeninge en verseker dat alle finansiële transaksies korrek aangeteken word.
· Rekeningkundige Stelsels: Vaslê en onderhou finansiële data op relevante rekeningkundige sagteware, en verseker akkuraatheid en konsekwentheid oor alle rekords.
· CIPC-nakoming: Bestuur alle CIPC-verwante administratiewe take, insluitend jaarlikse opgawes en die instandhouding van maatskappy se nakomingsdokumentasie.
· Voordelige Eienaarskapbestuur: Onderhou en werk rekords van voordelige eienaarskap op in lyn met regulatoriese vereistes.
· Finansiële Administrasie: Help met algemene finansiële administratiewe pligte en verseker gladde daaglikse finansiële bedrywighede
Posvereistes:
· Diploma of Graad in ’n relevante veld.
· Minimum van 2+ jaar ondervinding in ’n soortgelyke finansiële of administratiewe rol.
· Vaardigheid in rekeningkundige sagteware soos Sage of QuickBooks.
· Eie betroubare vervoer en ’n geldige bestuurslisensie.
· Vermoë om met sperdatums te werk en verskeie finansiële take effektief te bestuur.
· Goeie begrip van finansiële prosesse, nakoming en verslagdoening.
