Practice Manager

Our client is a growing patient?centric urology practice based in Foreshore, Cape Town.

They are seeking a motivated, reliable, and loyal Practice Manager to take ownership of the day?to?day operations and support the growth of the practice. This is a hands?on leadership role within a premium healthcare environment, suited to someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure smooth and professional service delivery


• Manage practice accounts, including billing, reconciliation, and financial administration


• Prepare and send out patient and medical aid invoices timeously


• Supervise and support the receptionist/front?desk function


• Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient flow


• Ensure a consistently high standard of patient experience


• Maintain accurate administrative and financial records


• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g. HPCSA, POPIA)


• Assist with practice growth initiatives and operational improvements


• Liaise with service providers, suppliers, and referring doctors as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a healthcare administration, practice management, or similar role


• Exposure to private medical or specialist practices (highly advantageous)


• Solid understanding of medical billing and accounts management


• Strong leadership, organisational, and time?management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A proactive, trustworthy, and detail?oriented individual

Salary
