- All inbound leads are captured, allocated, and actioned efficiently
- Sales teams (agents & call centre) are fed with quality, timely leads
- Digital channels are actively contributing to measurable sales growth
- There is full visibility, tracking, and accountability across the digital sales pipeline
- Monitor and manage all inbound leads from:
- Facebook / Instagram
- Website enquiries
- Call centre inflows
- Ensure immediate allocation of leads to the correct consultant/agent
- Maintain lead tracking logs (daily & weekly)
- Ensure no lead goes unattended
- Coordinate between:
- Digital leads → Call centre
- Track:
- Contact attempts
- Conversion progress
- Final policy inception
- Escalate non-performance or delays in lead handling
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards
- Track:
- Leads received
- Leads allocated
- Conversion rates
- Sales per channel
- Provide traffic-light reporting (Red/Amber/Green) on performance
- Highlight:
- Underperformance
- Bottlenecks
- Opportunities for improvement
- Work with Marketing Coordinator to:
- Launch campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Track performance of campaigns in real-time
- Provide feedback on:
- Lead quality
- Conversion effectiveness
- Assist in refining targeting and messaging based on results
- Ensure all leads and sales activity are correctly captured in:
- CRM system
- Monitor:
- Data accuracy
- Lead status updates
- Assist in improving system workflows for lead tracking and allocation
- Enforce:
- Speed to contact (SLA) on all leads
- Proper follow-up processes
- Work with Shared Services on:
- QA feedback
- Lead handling quality
- Ensure high conversion quality and compliance standards

- Digital platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)

Covision Group operates in the funeral industry through one of its subsidiary company namely Covision Funeral Home. The BA (Hollard & Covision Group) leverage on Covision Funeral Home to distribute the funeral insurance.
Who We Are
Covision Funeral Home was established in 1980 in the Free State. At the time
when it was established it was trading under the name of QWA QWA Funerals which
later changed to S.A. Funeral Home. We are the first and the only Funeral Home
this far to build an insurance book and late acquire licence from FSB to run an
insurance business trading under Covision Life. In 2011 Covision Group took a
business decision to sell Covision Life to Hollard Insurance.
What We Do
Our funeral product offering is tailor-made to meet the funeral needs of all
market segments. We have designed our distribution through Covision Funeral
Homes to be of easy access with flexible premium payment points e.g. our own
funeral Homes, some national store and Easy pay outlets pay points.
Face to face approach when dealing with insurance companies it’s still a huge challenge to most of the people who do not have access to technology. By utilizing local Covision Funeral Home as distribution point, for clients to enquire about the status of their policies and premium payment points it make life easy for our clients.
