Key Responsibilities:
· Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to drive company growth.
· Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and closing strategies.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and provide accurate sales reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role.
· Experience within the petroleum or fuel industry will be advantageous.
· Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.

Ons kliënt is ’n gevestigde groothandelaar in die petroleumbedryf, wat spesialiseer in die bemarking, verspreiding en voorsiening van brandstofprodukte regoor Suid-Afrika. Met ’n sterk fokus op betroubare diens, mededingende pryse en doeltreffende logistiek, is hulle bekend daarvoor dat hulle hoëgehalte oplossings lewer terwyl hulle ’n kliënt-gefokusde benadering handhaaf.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
· Bou, ontwikkel en handhaaf sterk verhoudings met nuwe en bestaande kliënte om langtermyn vennootskappe en kliëntetevredenheid te verseker.
· Identifiseer en volg proaktief nuwe besigheidsgeleenthede, markte en potensiële kliënte na om maatskappygroei te dryf.
· Bereik konsekwent maandelikse verkoopsdoelwitte deur effektiewe beplanning, onderhandeling en afsluitingstrategieë.
· Monitor markneigings, mededingeraktiwiteite en kliëntebehoeftes, en verskaf akkurate verkoopsverslae en insigte om strategiese besluitneming te ondersteun.

Posvereistes:
· Minimum van 3 jaar ondervinding in ’n verkoopsrol.
· Ondervinding binne die petroleum- of brandstofbedryf sal tot voordeel wees.
· Eie betroubare vervoer en ’n geldige bestuurslisensie.
· Sterk kommunikasie- en onderhandelingsvaardighede.
· Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en konsekwent verkoopsdoelwitte te bereik.

· Uitstekende mondelinge en skriftelike kommunikasievaardighede.
· Sterk oortuigings- en onderhandelingsvermoë.
