Warehouse ManagerCity Deep, JohannesburgR50 000 - R55 000 CTC per month

Minimum requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain is required (Must).
- 3–5 years warehouse supervision/management experience. (Must)
- SAP warehouse management experience. (Must)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data and trend analysis. (Must)
- Experience in food manufacturing (HACCP/GMP). (Advantage)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, dispatching.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO and stock accuracy.
- Conduct Full stock take, cycle counts and investigate variances.
- Manage staff and shift planning.
- Ensure Food Safety, GMP, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate transport and dispatch planning.
- Maintain warehouse equipment.
- Meet warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor condition of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, racks, scanners)
- Arrange repairs and maintenance when needed
- Ensure safe operation of forklifts and lifting equipment
- Manage warehouse staff, forklift drivers, truck drivers, and pickers
- Plan shifts and allocate tasks according to workload
- Train and monitor employees on SOPs, hygiene, and safe work practices
- Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary processes when required (with HR)
- Ensure warehouse meets audit requirements (customer audits, FSSC, internal audits)
