Key Responsibilities:
· Perform field service and maintenance on lithium batteries and locomotives.
· Commission lithium battery systems and locomotives to ensure optimal performance.
· Conduct training and handover sessions for clients and on-site personnel.
· Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and testing on equipment.
· Compile detailed reports on faults identified and maintenance performed.
· Conduct audits and inspections on locomotives and related systems.
· Provide technical support and guidance to clients in the field.
· Travel internationally for field service, commissioning, and training purposes.
· Work in the workshop when field service is not required.
· Maintain strong client relationships through professional interaction and service delivery.
· Adapt to flexible working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends when required.

Job Requirements:
· Matric with Mathematics.
· Electrical qualification or background.
· Experience in field service, maintenance, and commissioning of machinery, specifically in lithium batteries and locomotives, will be a strong advantage.
· Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
· Proficient in using hand tools.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Basic computer literacy.
· Excellent verbal and communication skills.
· Strong conflict management skills.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
· Voer velddiens en instandhouding uit op litium batterye en lokomotiewe.
· Kommissie litium battery stelsels en lokomotiewe om optimale werkverrigting te verseker.
· Doen opleiding en oorhandigingsessies vir kliënte en personeel op terrein.
· Voer foutopsporing, diagnostiek en toetsing op toerusting uit.
· Stel gedetailleerde verslae saam oor foute wat geïdentifiseer is en instandhouding wat uitgevoer is.
· Doen oudits en inspeksies op lokomotiewe en verwante stelsels.
· Verskaf tegniese ondersteuning en leiding aan kliënte in die veld.
· Reis internasionaal vir velddiens, kommissie en opleidingsdoeleindes.
· Werk in die werkswinkel wanneer velddiens nie benodig word nie.
· Handhaaf sterk kliënteverhoudings deur professionele interaksie en dienslewering.
· Pas aan by buigsame werksure, insluitend vroeë oggende, laat aande en naweke wanneer benodig.

Posvereistes:
· Matriek met Wiskunde.
· Elektriese kwalifikasie of agtergrond.
· Ervaring in velddiens, instandhouding en kommissie van masjinerie, spesifiek in litium batterye en lokomotiewe, sal ’n sterk voordeel wees.
· Eie vervoer en ’n geldige bestuurslisensie.
· Vaardigheid in die gebruik van handgereedskap.
· Sterk leierskap- en kommunikasievaardighede.
· Basiese rekenaarvaardigheid.
· Uitstekende verbale en kommunikasievaardighede.
· Sterk konflikhanteringsvaardighede.
