We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Liaison to join our Sales division. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, supporting repeat business, and providing effective operational support to the Sales Team.

This role serves as a vital link between customers, sales, and internal teams, helping to convert client interactions into meaningful opportunities while maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound client engagement calls

• Perform client research to understand customer needs and opportunities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and follow-ups

• Identify customer requirements and potential sales opportunities

• Promote relevant products and services in support of sales growth

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team

• Capture and maintain accurate client interactions in the CRM system

• Manage tickets using Zoho Desk and ensure SLA compliance

• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Coordinate communication between clients and internal stakeholders
