We’re looking for a hands-on, senior digital builder to lead the end-to-end delivery of production-ready digital products and capabilities. This role blends technical mastery, AI-native workflows, and stakeholder leadership to drive solutions from discovery to live business use.

Requirements:

·        8+ years’ experience with proven senior-level delivery of live production systems

·        Strong hands-on engineering ability across application development, integrations, data, and AI-enabled workflows

·        Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade solutions, not just prototypes or demos

·        Ability to make decisions across product, architecture, engineering, and delivery

·        Comfortable operating independently in a lean environment with high ownership

Key Responsibilities

·        Deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable digital systems and workflows

·        Lead products or capabilities from idea to production, making informed trade-offs without compromising quality

·        Integrate existing systems, data, and APIs, including CRM workflows, effectively

·        Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and iteration

·        Work directly with users and senior stakeholders to define problems, deliver solutions, and improve adoption

·        Own deployment quality, security, and operational robustness
