Directly provide support for microcomputers, local networks, workstations, printers, and other technological resources
Support the administration of the local environment, ensuring stability, availability, and security.Act in a preventive, corrective, and guidance manner with users.
Act as a Business Analyst, conducting requirements gathering, analysis, and translation. Support the implementation, stabilization, maintenance, and evolution of SAP Business One, respecting corporate processes and templates. Conduct tests, homologations, training, and functional and technical documentation. Promote continuous improvement and standardization of processes.
Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions, aiming for operational efficiency and reduction of operational risks. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense, ensuring reliability, security, and adherence to corporate needs. 
Support the operation and evolution of Cloud and SaaS solutions, in accordance with the technical and security guidelines of the parent company. Act as an interface with IT suppliers and partners, ensuring technical alignment, security, and quality of deliverables. Coordinate local IT demands in conjunction with the business and technical management in Brazil.
