Our Affinity Business Network department is looking for a Portfolio Administrator to recruit and support multi level marketer (advertising and marketing).
Tasks
Generate Leads from independent Network Agents allocated to the ABN Portfolio/Network:
· Provide telephonic support to all independent Network agents allocated to Portfolio in relation to lead submissions, advertising and or marketing campaigns, downline coaching and advising and remuneration queries.
· Provide technical support to all independent Network agents allocated to Portfolio in relation to assistance with Mobi Site, Whatsapp campaigns, paid social media advertising campaigns.
· Maintain independent Network Agents knowledge of exactly how the Business Opportunity works within Network Marketing by hosting training and coaching sessions.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years advanced Facebook Marketing management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years direct selling experience
• Sales experience
• Multi-Level Marketing experience
Knowledge and Skills:
· Understand of multi-level marketing, networking marketing or direct sales business skills
· Exceptional verbal and written Communication Skills
· Good listening skills
· Time-Management
· Organizational skills
· Leadership skills
· Problem solving skills
· Computer literacy
