TTS is looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded B2B Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing and business development initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing coordination, brand building, campaign execution, lead generation, and sales support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action, coordinating multiple moving parts, and contributing to both market visibility and pipeline growth.
While the role includes business development coordination and lead support, it places greater emphasis on marketing execution. This includes supporting LinkedIn content, thought leadership roll-out, masterclasses and webinars, branded collateral, campaign coordination, and broader initiatives that strengthen TTS’s market presence and commercial positioning.

Candidate Requirements
What we are looking for
Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field
- Exposure to Industrial Psychology, consulting, or an interest in the talent assessment space would be advantageous
Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination, business development support, pre-sales, sales support, CRM coordination, or campaign execution
- Experience using LinkedIn and CRM systems in a professional B2B environment
- Exposure to B2B marketing, campaign coordination, digital content support, or professional services marketing would be advantageous
- Experience supporting events, webinars, masterclasses, thought leadership or brand visibility initiatives would be beneficial
- Tender coordination exposure would be advantageous
Skills
- Strong coordination and execution capability across multiple workstreams
- Good commercial instinct and understanding of how marketing supports business growth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with high standards of quality and accuracy
- Comfortable working across both structured commercial tasks and creative marketing activities

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Experience with CRM platforms and campaign tracking
- A basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and Google Analytics would be advantageous
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, content support, and productivity
