Managing Inter Company Raw Material requirements and communicating with Transporter for collections.
Monitor supplier performance: Regularly assess supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
Manage vendor relationships: Maintain positive interactions with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records: Keep track of procurement transactions and vendor information.
Monitor inventory levels: Forecast demand and manage stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.


Ensuring that sundry orders are processed and up to date.

 

Responsible for commercial invoicing and purchases.
Managing stock for cleaning chemicals and staff welfare.
Responsible for general packaging stock management and purchases.
Monitoring PPE stock and do weekly stock counts, meeting with suppliers and placing relevant orders.
Responsible for all stationary orders, stock, issuing and maintain stock levels.
General support to IT and Security.
Daily and Monthly reporting.
