Our client in Polokwane is looking for a Dealer Principal with a proven track record as a Dealer Principal in Commercial Vehicle industry to start as soon as possible

Minimum requirements:

10+ Years' sales and marketing experience in commercial vehicles industry
Matric plus a Sales / Marketing Diploma / Degree (Essential)
Manage all aspects of a dealership, including sales, aftersales and profitability
Will be required to provide administrative support to ensure efficient and profitable operation
Must have extensive experience in Sales, People Management and Leadership
Provide efficient and effective internal and external communication
Finance Experience - compile budget to align with delivery plans, monitor and report variances
Competencies: Business and Operations Management, developing sales, financial acumen, good governance, ethics and values, good negotiation skills, operations risk management, planning and budgeting ability, planning, management and measurement, good product / service knowledge
